This piece is a portrait of English musician Devonté Hynes, also known by his stage name Blood Orange. I used black micron pen and colored pencil on paper. The background was left blank in order to draw attention to the central figure. In addition, the fruits surrounding the figure allude to his stage name. I take great pleasure in creating portraits of musicians and artists that inspire me.
